So do you want to tell Ryanair’s boss what you really think?

Bitterwallet - Skymarshall O'LearyRyanair is the airline we all love to hate, but still use because they are the cheapest way to get anywhere. Ryanair’s boss, Michael O’Leary has been so-far unapologetic about the way he runs his business.

However, after an interesting few weeks, including falling profits and reports from the company AGM that O’Leary may have twigged that he might be pissing people off, a new page has appeared on Ryanair’s website.

Now, anyone and everyone can tell “da boss” of Ryanair what they truly think of him, and he will  personally gratefully acknowledge the comments. He’s even looking forward to receiving your abuse from you.

Interestingly though, it seems he is also trying subliminal suggestions to make you think Ryanair is more popular and less money-grabbing than it actually is. To the left of the suggestion form is a panel describing Ryanair as “No.1 for Customer Service” despite being voted Britain’s worst company for customer service less than a month ago. Ryanair denied the results of the independent survey back then, so it’s anyone’s guess* as to whether O’Leary will take any well-meaning suggestions put in his virtual box seriously.

Still, it’s a nice way to have a rant, if you’re so inclined.

    Anyone who can only afford to fly RyanAir shouldn't be going on holiday anyway. Perhaps try paying off that Wonga loan instead.

    You get friendly low fares with Jet2 though. As opposed to, you know, hostile high fares. Or ambivalent fares. Or fares with PMT.
