Booked a Tunisia break? Some information and numbers for you...

27 June 2015

Screen Shot 2015-06-27 at 11.03.41 Following the atrocities over in Tunisia on 26th June 2015, the TUI Group have confirmed that they have activated their TUI Crisis Management Unit and launched all the ensuing measures.

ABTA have also confirmed that The Foreign Office has set up an emergency number for friends and family of those who may have been affected: 020 7008 0000.

Anyone with concerns about friends and families should call 0800 0885372 or 02036361996 from a landline for assistance via Thomson.

Thomson, via Facebook, have also said the following:

Ten Thomson Airways flights have travelled to Tunisia to repatriate Thomson and First Choice customers and additional flights will be added today and tomorrow to accommodate those wishing to return to the UK.

We will also be cancelling all Thomson and First Choice holidays to Tunisia for the next week.

Amendments can be made to bookings on holidays to Tunisia until 24th July and we are scheduling three extra flights to Cape Verde, Rhodes and Gran Canaria for customers wishing to change their holidays.

If you're in Tunisia and unable to make calls, there should be reps within your Thomson resort providing assistance. Thomson customers wishing to follow updates can also keep an eye on the Thomson UK Facebook page.
