Top iOS apps and games given away for free for App Store's 5th birthday

8 July 2013

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of Apple's app-store, a number of well regarded apps for iPhone and iPad have become free.

Now, you can get Infinity Blade II, Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery EP, Where's My Water?, Badland and Tiny Wings for zero pence, as well as things like Traktor DJ, Day One, and Barefoot World Atlas.

In the case of Traktor, that normally retails for $20, so if you're a budding DJ with an iPad, it'd be well worth getting hold of.

Apple haven't actually made any announcement on this yet, but if this is an orchestrated celebration, there could be a raft of decent freebies to get stuck into.

Keep 'em peeled.
