Latest porn site hack sees 73,000 credit card details stolen
Are you a customer of pornulicious Digital Playground? You're not going to admit that are you? Your internet still comes wrapped in unmarked brown paper doesn't it? Mucky buggers.
If you are, you might be thrilled to learn that a bunch of hackers have your personal details! Digital Playground has seen personal details and credit card information of 73,000 users swiped from them. It could be you!
Why you'd actually pay for it when bongo films are all over the internet for free is beyond us. Supporting independent artists or something? Right?
Hacker group, The Consortium, has claimed to have hacked Digital Playground with the numbers, expiry dates and security codes for 40,000 credit cards stolen alongside the personal details and email addresses of a further 33,000 of the site’s users.
"This company has security, that if we didn't know it was a real business, we would have thought to be a joke - a joke that we found much more amusing than they will," said an unnamed member of The Consortium posted online following the attack.
This breach comes a matter of weeks after 6,000+ users of the adult site YouPorn got their details stolen.
Its enough to make you long for the old days when 100% of British porn was found in hedgerows and in the bottom of your older brother's wardrobe.
