FIFA 12 patch announced, to fix glitches

7 October 2011

fifa-12-uk-coverGamers! There's going to be an update for FIFA 12 on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in the next three weeks according to EA senior community manager Romily Broad (excellently daft name).

And before that, EA are going to sort out the problems concerning the FIFA Ultimate Team. There's been problems accessing it because of the spike in players, thanks to it being included on the disc for the first time.

The awkward new tackling mode is not going anywhere though, sadly.

Broad says:

"The first patch for the console is going to be coming out within days, like maybe 14 or 21 of them. Two or three weeks from now the first patch will happen and that's going to make big corrections to some of the things that are bothering people the most."

"We're going to be doing this constantly, with our thumbs in the middle of the community trying to get people to tell us what they think, and then we'll be acting on it for the rest of the season."

"That's a commitment we're definitely making. It would be nice if people came and talked to us about the things that are bothering them, because we are going to be listening."

So there. Go and bother them with your complaints instead of whining on social networking sites.

Eh? Have BitterWallet lost so much focus now that they are just randomly reporting on whatever they feel like? Maybe they've just forgotten about HUKD's dedicated gaming blog, where this news belongs.
