Amazon sell hit singles in 29p MP3 sale

6 March 2009

Assuming you're the type of person who prefers to pay for digital music, then it's hurrah and huzzah for Amazon this month; they're having the sort of music sale you only ever found in Woolies of old, with cardboard bins full of Erasure's lesser known compositions.

Through until 23rd March, Amazon are selling albums from £3 and a stack of singles from just 29p. The use of the word "from" usually means a shovel of shit for cheap and the good stuff costing more, but there are ten reasonably popular songs to be picked up in the sale:

Coldplay - Viva La Vida
Kelly Clarkson - My Life Would Suck Without You
Eminem, Dr Dre and 50 Cent - Crack a Bottle
The Killers - Human
The King Blues - Save the World, Get the Girl
Kings of Leon - Use Somebody
LadyGaGa - Just Dance
Morrissey - I’m Throwing My Arms Around Paris
The Prodigy - Omen
The Saturdays - Issues

You'll note our use of the word "popular" rather than the word "good"; the Saturdays have been known to cause ears to bleed and scab over. So there you have it; a miniture NOW album of assorted hits for less than £3. Yours while stocks last. Or until 23rd March, at the very least.
