Virgin Wines keeps serving up the spam
For the love of sweet baby Jesus. So only yesterday, we pointed out how Virgin Wines abuse their registration process by forcing new customers to opt-in to their spammy emails. The only way you can avoid their spammy emails is through manually unsubscribing by email. And we mentioned how Virgin promised to send emails from "from time to time" but by that they meant they'll spam you up to three times a week.
And now, well now you've noticed we've started referring to Virgin Wine's mandatory spam as spam, because we've received another two pieces of spam in less than 24 hours. So that's now five times in eight days:
Difficult to know what else to call it, really. If we buy a box of Merlot, will Virgin Wine stop spamming us? Can they tell we only joined to keep an eye on their shady flyers?
