Product Recall: Marks and Spencer recall Twist and Turn baby rattles

15 September 2015

Marks and Spencer has issued a product recall of baby rattles over safety concerns. The main problem is that the balls inside the Twist & Turn rattle could fall out, which of course, could be hazardous for babies.

"As the safety of customers is the top priority, M&S is issuing a product recall notice for the small number sold," the company said in a statement.

Rattle

The £12 rattle was on sale between November 2014 and this summer. No other products have been affected, M&S said.

So what next? Well, those of you who have bought this product or received it as a gift, should return it immediately to any M&S Store (except Simply Food, Outlet or franchise stores), where you'll get a full refund.

Any customers who have any questions regarding the product should contact Customer Services on 03330148555.
