Product Recall: Lidl product notice for allergy sufferers

Lidl recall

Product recall time, and we're looking at bargain supermarket Lidl, who haven't listed some allergens on the packaging on three of their products.

Obviously, if you suffer from any of these allergies (which can be fatal), and you have bought any of these products, don't eat them and return them to a Lidl store for a full refund.

The recalled products:

The brand is Meine Kaserei, 150g, with batch code 154. It has a 'use by' date of May 30, 2016

Undeclared allergen: Milk

Break Baking Mix (Sunflower Seed, Ciabatta, Farmhouse and Rustic Wholemeal)

The brand is Belbake, 1kg pack, with 'best before' of March 4 2017, March 13 2017, March 16 2017, March 24 2017

Undeclared allergens: Wheat, rye, barley (gluten)

Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts

The brand is Fin Carre, 100g pack size, with a batch code of L6028A123 and a 'best before' date of December 23 2016

Lidl have said that each of these items "is a possible health risk to anyone with an allergy or intolerance" to any of the allergens in question.
