Six pack crisps? Take the jumbo bag instead

9 October 2008

I've always thought big packaging led to over-eating as people fail to gauge how much food they have eaten or not. However, a new 'scientific' study indicates that small bags are worse for restricted eaters (in 'scientific' research restricted means dieters).

Apparently our pea-sized restricted brains have been conditioned by marketing to think "small bag = diet portion" so we end up eating multiple bags because that first bag was really dieting. Or something like that. I just wrap all my crisps in bacon so by the time I've finished eating my way through the wrapper I'm not hungry anymore.
