Have Virgin got an aversion to them or something?

As spied by avid Twitter users @TheMediaTweets and @scaryduck, Virgin Media’s EPG swearblocking system is possibly being a little bit over-fussy at the moment…

It's so stupid, you wouldn't even think about it if they had left it. Using them only draws attention to it.

    I'm glad jarvis isn't a scunthorpe supporter

Surely this is just some automated text match thing not a real person thinking they should censor hancock

@james Dewitt No...Sir Richard does it all himself. Trawls through every TV listing for every channel on Virgin looking for naughty words.
  • what s.
no suprise NTLhell used to do this on their staff email accounts - years before Virgin - where hoodwinked into buying them.

I think it's fucking brilliant! I cannot stand cunts who swear gratuitously. Too much of the bastarding stuff going on.

Surely the whole of A**enal should be blanked out as it is a very distasteful to many

Most of us would just pull a face and find it funny. This guy on the other hand, has a little too much time available, taking the time to photograph then post the picture and a smarmy little comment, in a desparate attempt to make people think he is funny. iPhone using C**T!
  • Raggedy
It would have been funnier if they'd substituted fruit or vegetables for the "naughty" words like some forums do. Manbananaer City v Applenal? What a bunch of Kumqwatsuckers!

What do you think?
