iOS 10 porn trouble

iOS 10 porn trouble

There's been trouble with Apple's iOS 10 update, and we've got a guide to help you fix your iPhone if the update wrecked your phone.

Now, T-Mobile has warned iPhone owners not to download iOS 10, tweeting: "Do not download iOS10", to people who have the iPhone 6, 6+ and 5SE handsets.

"We are getting reports of connectivity issues - Apple is working on a fix."

There's also a problem with 'adult content' appearing on iMessage's new GIF search feature.

If you search for the word 'butt' - a pretty innocuous word - you get a rather dirty My Little Pony GIF showing up in your searches. Funny if you're an adult, but maybe not so much if your child does.

That's not all - there's been reports of kids sending their parents messages, and being faced with very explicit GIFs when searching for the word 'huge'. Again, a word that's only dirty if you've got a dirty mind.

Apple seem to be fighting fires with this one, and have - without comment - banned the search results for both 'butt' and 'huge', but some explicit images are still sneaking through if you misspell certain body parts.

The search engine is powered by Microsoft's Bing, so it isn't just Apple's problem.

There's not much you can do if you're trying to shield your child from all this but, if you're an adult who doesn't mind, you can at least have a play with your phone and see how much smut you can find that's slipped through the cracks.

Cracks. Heh.
