Order booze from Deliveroo
If you've been using Deliveroo, and ordering food from your favourite restaurants, but with the added pleasure of not having to leave the house or deal with other humans, good news!
They're partnering with Majestic Wines, BrewDog and a number of other independent booze merchants, so you can order alcohol straight to your door, and not have to sit in a pub filled with people you hate.
Deliveroo customers will now be able to order wines from eight Majestic Wines shops across London, and from 20 BrewDogs nationally through the app.
Of course, you could just get a load of booze delivered with your shopping from a supermarket instead. That's entirely up to you.
Either way, it looks like Deliveroo are aiming for the Booze Ponce Market (there's nothing wrong with being a booze ponce, for the record), so you can order craft ales, cocktails, and the like, rather than 8 cans of Oranjeboom and a half bottle of Glen's vodka.
Or you can do both if you're feeling saucy.
Basically, this booze service will work in exactly the same way as the food service does.
Dan Warne, Managing director of UK & IE at Deliveroo said: “Majestic Wines and BrewDog are perfect launch partners for us offering great pairings for meals ordered on Deliveroo and by working with independent merchants like Clapton Craft and Humble Grape we're continuing to champion the UK's independent businesses as well."
