Iceland recall lamb mince in salmonella scare
Presumably one of the reasons that mum goes to Iceland is so that she doesn’t feed her kids salmonella-infected lamb mince. Sadly that might be a distinct possibility at the moment and the frozen food supermarket giant has issued a recall on some of the aforementioned mince following a salmonella scare.
The product being recalled is Iceland Fozen Lamb Mince (454g) with a best before date of 11th October 2012.
If you’ve got some in your freezer, don’t eat it. Instead, return it to an Iceland store for a full refund. If you’ve JUST eaten some, maybe you should make yourself vomit. Please note, that is OUR advice and not a doctor’s or Iceland’s.
