Charges over Tesco fraud
The accounting blackhole that has been a constant nightmare for Tesco, has seen three of the supermarket's former executives being charged with fraud and false accounting.
You'll remember that Tesco £260 million profits overstatement in 2014, which has been a disaster for the chain.
The Serious Fraud Office (SFO) said that former UK finance director Carl Rogberg, former UK operations chief Chris Bush and former food director John Scoule are going to be in court later this month regarding the whole thing.
They'll appear at Westminster Magistrates Court on 22 September.
It isn't over for Tesco though - the investigations into this debacle are ongoing, which means that there could be more charges against individuals.
Tesco said, regarding this matter: "We note the decision of the SFO to bring a prosecution against former colleagues in relation to historic issues and acknowledge the investigation into the company is ongoing."
"Tesco continues to cooperate with the SFO's investigation."
"The last two years have seen an extensive programme of change at Tesco, but given this is an ongoing legal matter, we are unable to provide any further comment at this time."
