Amazon win Bitterwallet's Best Company Of 2010 poll
It’s Blue Monday apparently, the one day of the year when everyone is in some kind of a mope or other more than any other. Fair point – it DOES look a bit gloomy out there when you have a closer look at it.
But it won’t be Blue Monday if you’re an employee of Amazon. That’s because you’ll probably be having an impromptu day off, hastily arranged to celebrate the fact that you’ve won the Bitterwallet Best Company In Britain 2010 award.
Retaining their crown from 2009, Amazon topped the poll, finishing well ahead of John Lewis, with O2 and Play.com trailing behind, probably wondering why they’d even bothered turning up.
Thanks for everyone who voted and let’s hope that our customer service experiences are more positive than negative in 2011. Ha! Fat chance!
