Amazon top retail satisfaction list, but who's YOUR Best Company of 2010?

Screen shot 2010-12-22 at 15.03.25Amazon's logo may well throw us a cheeky grin because it has topped a poll of customer satisfaction. Well done Amazon. Although, we've yet to see a giant woman representing them on the news, which we've always been led to believe when Amazonians have been shown in films.

Anyway, Amazon top the pile (in first and second place for .com and respectively) with a whole host of big retailers following them hot on their heels. came third, despite the bizarre approach they've developed regarding packaging. John Lewis and Marks & Spencer were in the thick of it too, generally making people satisfied with their performance.

All of which gives us the opportunity to ask you, our dear readers, to start thinking about who you've like to nominate for your Best Company Of 2010. Throw some names about it in the comments box below and we'll start the voting in the New Year once we've decided who the Worst Company Of 2010 is.

  • TeflonMan
ING Direct. UK based call centres with actual, intelligent people rather than spotty Herberts on minimum wage MacJobs.
  • Marky M.
Ocado. The company might be run by a former Bullingham Club member and the prices are high ...but the service really is very good.
  • Denny
You mean Bullingdon Club, Marky Mark? Somebody who shops with Ocado engaging in class warfare ... I've heard it all now.
  • Darren
I do not rate Ocado, used them a few times, and not as polite as others, did not even bring the stuff into the flat. Amazon is my vote!
  • Marky M.
Ach! Bullingdon. My bad. Power to the people.

What do you think?
