Deals Of The Day - Monday 20th August

20 August 2012

heroes We all like to while away our quiet time by imagining the special powers we would have if we were superheroes. As far as your correspondent is concerned, the ability to create real live greyhounds from nothing using only eye lasers seems pretty desirable.

But while we’re all dreaming, a bunch of guys and gals got on TV and made it happen for real. Yes, we speak of course of Heroes, the hit American series that rocked our world when it came along a few years ago. In fact the whole thing was amazing, and the fourth series was in no way a load of old rubbish. Got that? Good. Now get £26.97 out of your pocket and invest in the complete Heroes collection on Blu-ray. Then see if you still fancy producing your own eye-dogs…

How much of a deal is it when the seller appears to be a practicing rip off merchant (looking at the £40 tablet here, and the comment that shows steaming great wodges of appalling reviews for the vendor amidst some highly dubious looking good reviews)?

What do you think?
