    erm putting you on hold to transfer you is how transferring works credit to the agent for not calling the cops the guy is obviously disturbed. Threatening call centre staff with violence is a criminal offence and this guy did say he was going to get a machine gun!

    The really disturbing thing is that Mr BloodPressure never learned to ask for the surname of anyone he spoke too.
