Claim4Refunds show open contempt to you mooing idiots

2 August 2012

How do the nice folk at Claim4Refunds think of you potential customers? Well, according to their adverts, it would appear that they think you're no better than stupid farmyard livestock with their example customers of the ovine Mr Baah of Manchester and the cow-brained Mr Bovingdon of London.

That counts for open contempt doesn't it?

If you check their website they have mug(shots) of their "customers" Mr. Baah is apparently an Asian guy, but better than that is they have a picture of a black guy and his name is Mr. Brown(ing)....yeah sure it is you evil racists!

My name is Brown , my parents are from Kingston , where Brown is a very common name . Please stop using racist as a pejorative .

If you were trying to make up names with farmyard connotations surely Mr Bovinedon would be better than Bovingdon which is a village near Hemel Hempstead. BT.com reveals that there is at least one Mr Baah of Manchester, and 4 Mr Bovingdons in London, so I don't really see what the point of this article is, unless Bitterwallet is trying to victimise people based on their names, and if they are shame on them and a pox on their houses.

Dont use these people, I started a claim back in Jan 2012. they never give you an update, never return your e-mails, they have no customer service and whats more they have my credit card details. I dont know what to expect from them.

I have had similar experiences, on updates even though requested now in 3rd week , no replies hardly from e mails, a bit worried they have gone to ground given up or just not doing anything Noasheen

I started my claim in August 2012 and it is no further advanced. I have had contact from the firm to say they went down the wrong line of enquiry 4 times. I want to complain to the CEO but nobody seems to know him.RUBBISH FIRM.
