Hey,
I'm wanting to cancel my orange contract now to change for a new iphone contract. I've went over my limit for three months, not in a row though one month in between two of them, is there any way to cancel at all?

Thanks

Well.... had a call from the Executive Office this morning (following my email to the MD of Orange) and they still can't do anything, but they have dropped my monthly bill by £5 a month as a gesture of goodwill.

Now I just have to wait for the iPhone 3GS to be available on Orange PAYG, and the Sony Ericsson W995 will find itself on eBay!!

Orange... what a nightmare...

Stuck in a 24 month contract which is only 3 months old, tried to speak to them about having a 'deal' on an iPhone 3GS, and got the reponse of 'tough'

Just what you want to hear when you have been a loyal customer for 10 years, spending on average £50 a month....

Customer service, what customer service??!!!

@Mark

Thanks. I also had problems getting through but used the guise of "buying a broadband thing" to get through and the nice lady said that a cheque was being issued to me as they owed me £21.23. not had a statement but oh well, can't grumble.

Have just paid it into the bank today. So not only did I get out my contract early, they paid me!! Fantastic. Thanks to all on here for your help.

THIS IS FOR PEOPLE HAVING PROBS WITH ORANGE AND IF YOUR FED UP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE DO THE FOLLOWING.........

So, you're fed up dealing with "Customer Services" on general-purpose contact e-mail addresses. Are you not getting replies, or not getting the replies you want? Time to take it to the top! Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) are very reluctant to publish their e-mail addresses. This page attempts to redress the balance by publishing the e-mail addresses for the CEOs of some UK companies, government and other organisations.

Some tips when e-mailing:
Be polite
Keep the information concise and to the point
Include customer reference numbers or invoice numbers, if applicable
Include a brief history of the issue, if applicable
Do not accept being passed back to "Customer Services" or elsewhere within the organisation
Insist on a reply from the CEO
If you're working as part of a campaign group, send a personal, individually-created letter. Letters which are cut/pasted from a standard template will invariably receive a standard template response in reply... Good luck with your enquiry!

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT FIND USEFULL! ;o)

Orange Tom Alexander, Chief Executive Tom.Alexander@orange.co.uk

OR

executive.office@orange.co.uk

OR

Orange Centre Office
The Point
37 North West Road
Paddington
London W2 1AG

HOPE SOME OF THAT HELPS :o)

Hi guys! I took out a contract in Jan 08 and upgraded about 4 months ago, the new phone they sent me was broke, since then i have had SIX broken phones sent to me, so i took out the contract for a sim card basically, (im paying for unlimited internet which i cant use on the phone im borrowing off of a friend) I havent been informed of any changes, but my phones have been broken so I may well have when i have been putting the sim in to check if the phone has decided to work! So can I cancel? Surely I have enough grounds to! Please let me know they want £400 for me to cancel!!!
