Let’s all enjoy the real taste of jelly – straight from a can!
By Paul Smith
One of our most avid readers, James Cridland, emails us from Hong Kong where he’s got his hands on the latest batshit crazy product from the Far East – Fanta Shake Shake!
James does a sterling job of selling us this, the biggest taste sensation in a can since Sweet Sue’s Chicken:
“Love fizzy drinks? Love jelly? Well, have we got the drink for you! Fanta Shake Shake is a fizzy drink AND jelly! Shake it ten times, then open it and enjoy the great taste of grape, but get a mouthful of jelly at the same time! If you’ve always wanted jelly and a fizzy drink in the same mouthful, this is for you!”

feral trolley of the week
awesome tagline “Chew Up, Chug Down”
James Cridland should really have more important things to be doing than reading effing BW!
You used to be able to get a variant of this in the 90s but in ribena style cartons. Suffice to say, it was rancid.
I sent you pictures of me shaking my grapes and you reported me to my ISP, one rule for the media and one for the rest of us.
I AM ROD HULL!
They’re like grape flavour snot … I bought one last September in HK, so they’re not exactly NEW !
Mmmmmmmm…………. grape flavoured snot. Wish my snot tasted of grapes.
Is that jelly in the proper (jelly) or the dumb (jam) sense?
In the 90’s there used to be a clear version that was sold in clear “cans” that had little sweets all in it. I only ever saw it sold in my local Circle-K, and once all the stock had gone, it never returned.

Reminded me of Zig and Zag jelly juice which I had the pleasure of drinking several times as a kid. Wasn’t fizzy though.
