1985 is so yesterday, time for the Argos 1976 catalogue

It’s becoming clear that this is the sole reason for which the internet was invented – well, perhaps this and Hot Chicks In Batman Shirts. Last week we featured the 1985 Argos catalogue – every page lovingly scanned and published on Flickr. This time we’re heading back to the 1976 edition – yes, Argos was established in the early 1970s, dontcha know:

    I love the branch list at the back. I wonder how many of those are still Argos locations. I know Southampton isn’t (and yes I did Google for a picture of the original one, I am that sad).
